One day when Sam and I were getting home from driving carpool, we noticed that we had a visitor from the farm
There were some solar flares this month and the northern lights were visible, even from Utah. Mike and I went out in our backyard at about 1 AM to try and see them. They are more visible through a camera than they are with the naked eye. The colors we saw were more muted since we are in the city, but still very beautiful.
Beth and Kate traveled up to a spot in Idaho away from city light pollution, and the colors they saw were amazing!
Dorie loves walks!
Our book club book for this month was Tom Lake, a fiction novel. The best part about it was the audio book was read by Meryl Streep.

The FFA at the high school was selling plants and flower baskets for one of their fundraisers. We got some hanging baskets for the porch, and they look really nice

Dorie has mixed feelings about going to the vet. On one hand, she gets really nervous
On the other hand, she does love it when people tell her she's a good girl and give her treats

Dorie got a sore leg one week at Sunday dinner, and was very cuddly after that. We've started her on a medication that should help with joint pain, so hopefully she'll start feeling better soon.
Oliver finally discovered the warm paradise that is the top of Mike's computer
One of the moms in the jr high carpool hosted a little end-of-the-year get together for the families in the carpool this year.
We watched Kate's cats for a few days, and found out that Felix LOVES shoes, especially Mike's shoes. Hehehe
For Sam's birthday, he wanted dinner from JcW's, and ice cream for the treat
We also played some video games
I was editing some photos, and messed up and accidentally put Nora's eyes onto Dorie. Yikes
We saw "May We All" at Hale Theater

The Burtons were in Utah for a quick trip, so we got to hang out with them a little bit

Poor little Charlie had to go back to the vet for a respiratory infection. She is a nervous pooper, and left a trail of little poopy paw prints when they got her out of the carrier to get her weight. After getting her cleaned up, and back on some meds, she is doing much better 💗
Beth and Kate went up to Logan to do a bike race, so Fritz came to our house for a sleepover
