Valentine Tea Party
One of our favorite parts of Valentine season is going to the amazing Valentine tea party Kate has hosted at her house the past few years. This year, she decorated in gold and white, and it looked stunning!
Visiting the Valentine kitties before lunch - Louis
and Dina. They were so cute with their little roses.
The kiddos with Grammy
Beth making some yummy rose flavored whipped cream to put on the berries
Sam was a huge fan of the cherry limeade!
Mom made a delicious salad. Kate made wonderful sandwiches - plain grilled cheeses for the kids, and gourmet ones with 3 kinds of cheese, fig jam and honey for the adults.
Cupcakes for dessert!
The kids brought their Valentine boxes to show
Kate had made cute little gift bags for everyone
The kids loved the goodies inside - necklaces, bubbles, lip gloss, jelly beans, Pez
The grown-up ones had a special candy heart bath bomb, a heart necklace, lipstick and jelly beans. Thanks, Kate!!
We watched "Tangled" while we did some crafts
We made some Valentine designs from perler beads that you melt with an iron
Sam made up his own design - a spaceship
Evie brought her joke book, and told some jokes to finish off the party
