Ultrasound Today!!

Today we had the big 20-week ultrasound. I am happy to report that our baby is doing well, and everything looked good.

And for the answer to the burning question...

Rawhide!

On Saturday we went to Rawhide, an 1880's style western town. My favorite store was the candy store and we got some fudge there. We also saw Santa, although we didn't get too close after what happened at Nora's last encounter with him. We had dinner at the sundown cookout, which was really fun. It got a little chilly, so we spent some time warming up by the fire, and some toasted marshmallows. After dinner, we went and got some old fashioned photos taken. The boys were pretty excited about the toy guns. Nora had fallen asleep, and we had to wake her up for the photo, so she looks a little sleepy.

Nora loves being with Grandpop!

Fun with Cousins

Mike went to a week long training in Mesa, and Nora and I went along and spent some time with Karin, Ricky and the boys. Nora had a lot of fun with her cousins.

Hanging out at the park
Practicing the piano

Playing "Clue Jr."
Nora and Ben had a really good time at the children's museum:

Building a robot
Playing with food
Going for a drive

Some of Mike's favorite websites...

I figured that Jenny has had a pretty large monopoly on the postings here. So, I'm going to share a few websites that I enjoy to check daily:

Tech:
ExtremeTech - Updated every morning with a new article or two.
Engadget - Updated about every minute. Technology rumors, gadgets galore. I think I'm addicted to this site.
DL.TV - Updated with a new hour long show weekly. Great to learn about different aspects of computers.
DailyTech - Updated throughout the day. Nice format.
Anandtech - Meant for analysing enthusiast computer parts. Sometimes a little too detailed for me, but I still enjoy it quite a bit.

Computer parts:
Newegg.com - I wouldn't buy computer parts anywhere else on the web. They usually have awesome prices and they ship things to you very very fast. There are some great deals to be found. I have ordered all the parts of the computers I have build from here.
Monoprice - Verify inexpensive site to get cables. I've ordered from here a couple of times and have been completely satisfied.

Games:
Worthplaying - All about new games being developed for every platform. It is updated quite a bit everyday.

Random Fun:
Movie Trailers - See all the newest movie trailers out there.

Happy Halloween!

The little monkey!

Nora was very excited about the bowl of candy. We had a lot of trick-or-treaters.
